During your consultation, we’ll discuss your training goals and gain a full understanding of the behaviors you’re struggling with. Next, we work hands-on with your dog so you can see our methods in action, while we observe their responses to various techniques. Based on your input and the trainer’s observations, we’ll assign the perfect program tailored to their specific behaviors, complete with a roadmap outlining each phase of their training.

Sophira Tran Soph a balanced dog trainer that takes a no-nonsense approach to dog training. He began his dog training journey through an apprenticeship at a dog training school, and moved on to work at one of San Diego's leading board and train kennels. He believes dogs thrive in their training when they have established solid fundamentals and proper structure, and is here to help you reach your goals.

Matthew Dickman Matt is a balanced dog trainer that uses a scientific research approach to dog training. Beginning his dog training after becoming an explosives and narcotics detection canine handler for military and state departments, he later began to start training patrol and protection dogs. Working with the Department of State, various police departments, and military special forces training their canines for deployments overseas and domestic field work. Matts approach of research based training paired with his sense of compassion and candor, he is here to help create a strong bond between canine and handler.

Josette DeHart Josette is a passionate professional dog trainer with a lifetime of exploration into the relationship between animals and humans. Growing up with dogs her whole life and studying their behavior, Josette has a deep understanding of the benefits that the connections created from the relationships with our pets have.

Chris Casey Chris Casey’s mission as a dog trainer is to restore balance and harmony with your dog. Her goal is to teach all of her clients proper training techniques with patience, awareness, and compassion to achieve an everlasting bond. This will build a foundation of unity and respect.

Lauren Allen Lauren Allen is a lifelong animal lover. She found her passion in training dogs and horses and is impressed by the impact that animals have on people's lives. From therapy training, protection services to a specialty in rehabilitating, she is excited to meet and exceed each owner’s training goals.

Wendy Calderon Wendy Calderon is a Positive Reinforcement trainer with over four years of experience. She specializes in working with shy and fearful dogs. Wendy has a patient and thorough understanding that each dog has their own strengths and working on boosting their confidence as well as working alongside their pet parents in creating a great and everlasting bond.

Alexander Schmidt Alexander is a skilled balanced trainer who believes, that a simple approach is the most effective way for dogs to learn. By establishing clear communication in not just training, but day-to-day life, he helps dogs exceed their potential. He has always had a natural connection with dogs, but his passion for working with them took off when he honed his skills in dog training. He started by rehabilitating foster dogs and eventually went on to train protection dogs. Despite being just twenty years old, he already owns multiple protection dogs who will be competing for titles this year.

Sam Richards Sam Richards is a dog trainer with three years of hands-on experience and certified expertise from the Animal Behavior College, who specializes in balanced training methods grounded in strong leadership principles. Their passion for dog sports, particularly agility and PSA, drives their commitment to continuous learning and improvement. They’re excited to share this journey with you and help you unlock the full potential of your furry companions.
